The Synergy Pacific and Whisper team attended our first HBT National Conference, celebrating one year as a preferred supplier to HBT National Buying Group. From catching up with customers to meeting new faces, competing in our Toilet Toss challenge and celebrating at the Masquerade Gala, it was an incredible opportunity to strengthen relationships and make new memories.
One Year of Being Part of HBT
It's been one year since Synergy Pacific joined HBT National Buying Group as a preferred supplier, and we couldn't feel more welcomed by its members.
Being part of the HBT network is about more than supplying products. It's about building strong partnerships, understanding our customers and finding ways to support their businesses as they grow.
The conference gave us the perfect opportunity to reconnect with our amazing customers, meet new faces and showcase what Synergy Pacific, and our brands (Whisper, Konsiderate, and Emvino) have to offer. We always value the chance to get out from behind our desks and spend time with the people who make our industry what it is.
The Toilet Toss Challenge: A Competition to Remember
Of course, no Whisper event would be complete without a little fun!
Our Toilet Toss challenge brought out everyone's competitive side, with attendees putting their throwing skills to the test for the chance to win a year's supply of toilet paper.
There were plenty of impressive attempts and some very close finishes, but there could only be one winner. Congratulations to Steve from Harden Bearings & Hardware, who took home the title with an incredible 13 successful tosses in just 20 seconds! 🏆🚽
That's a result worth celebrating! A big thank you to everyone who joined in, cheered on their fellow competitors and helped make the challenge such a highlight of the trade show.
We'll have to see who can beat Steve's record next year
A Masquerade Gala to Finish on a High
After a busy day on the trade show floor, the celebrations continued at the Masquerade Gala.
The evening was a spectacular way to wrap up the conference, bringing members and suppliers together for a night of entertainment, conversation and celebration. Our team spent the night laughing, singing along and making memories with the people who make this industry so special.
Events like these are a great reminder that strong business relationships are built on more than transactions. They're built on connection, collaboration and enjoying the journey together.

Coordinating events of this scale takes serious dedication, teamwork and plenty of grit. From planning and preparation to setting up, engaging with customers and bringing each event to life, it was a huge team effort.
