What an unforgettable event! The team at Synergy Pacific has officially wrapped up our first major trade show of the year, returning from the ISSA Cleaning & Hygiene Expo in Melbourne energized, inspired, and reveling in their latest win.
The event brought together facility managers, commercial cleaners, distributors, and innovators under one roof. As our first time exhibiting, it was exciting to meet everyone, connect with friends, and make our mark as someone to watch in the hygiene industry. It was great showing off Synergy Pacific and our brands to excited customers. We even got to sneak peak some of our new products and solutions for 2027!
Here is a look back at our biggest highlights from the show floor.
Big Win: 2026 ISSA Excellence Award for Paper and Dispensing

The defining moment of the expo was taking home the prestigious 2026 ISSA Excellence Award in Paper and Dispensing for our Bamboo Range! Check us out in INCLEAN magazine here.
We are honored and thrilled to see our bamboo better range recognised by industry peers across our full commercial lineup:

We were thrilled to receive this award, as it reinforces what the range stands for: sustainability isn’t just for retail, it belongs in commercial markets too. The commercial hygiene paper industry uses an incredible amount of paper, so why not embrace the benefits of renewable fibres like bamboo? It’s an opportunity to make more sustainable choices where they can have a real impact. Check out the whole range here.

Bridging the Gap: Bringing Sustainable Bamboo to the Commercial Sector
There is a noticeable surge in demand for bamboo paper products across the country, largely driven by everyday Australians making eco-conscious choices for their households. However, this raises an important question: where does this leave businesses?
Most bamboo products on the market are designed and packaged strictly for retail consumers, leaving commercial facilities with limited sustainable options.
That is why we developed the Whisper Bamboo Better Range; engineered specifically for away-from-home and commercial environments, including:
-
Corporate offices and co-working spaces
-
Hospitality venues, restaurants, and hotels
-
Healthcare and aged-care facilities
-
Schools, universities, and education hubs
-
Commercial cleaning contractors and facility management teams

Whole-of-Washroom Sustainability
Key products like our Whisper Bamboo Jumbo Toilet Rolls and Multifold Paper Hand Towels allow high-traffic facilities to extend their environmental initiatives well beyond standard retail toilet rolls. They deliver the heavy-duty performance, high capacity, and dispensing reliability that commercial operations require, all while cutting reliance on virgin tree-based fibre.
Instead of limiting green procurement to a single item, operations managers can now execute a cohesive, whole-of-washroom sustainability strategy. This practical shift empowers organizations to:
-
Hit corporate environmental, social, and governance (ESG) benchmarks
-
Satisfy stringent sustainable procurement policies
-
Meet rising stakeholder and client eco-expectations

Big Cheers: The Great Toilet Toss Challenge
Business was top of mind, but we also made sure our booth was one of the liveliest stops in the exhibition hall. Attendees lined up across both days to test their aim in our Toilet Toss Challenge.
Competition was fierce, but two sharpshooters rose above the rest:
-
Day 1 Champion: Lucas
-
Day 2 Champion: Paul
Both walked away with the ultimate prize: a full year’s supply of toilet paper! Congratulations to our winners, and thank you to everyone who stepped up, had a laugh, and took their shot.

Looking Ahead
Beyond the games and the trophy, the true value of the ISSA Expo comes down to community. To everyone who stopped by our booth, shared feedback, discussed supply chain needs, or just said hello: thank you.
