A highlight of the event was recognising two outstanding RapidClean members with our Whisper awards, celebrating their success and the important role they play in our industry.

🏆 Whisper Royal Flush – Overall Best Customer 2026: The Australian Chemicals Group
The Whisper Royal Flush award recognises our overall best customer, taking into consideration loyalty, private label partnerships, and growth in product variety and volumes. The Australian Chemicals Group has been a valued Synergy Pacific customer for many years, making them a very deserving recipient of this year's award.
🏆 Whisper Rookie of the Year: Ultimate Cleaning Products NQ
Our Rookie of the Year award celebrates new RapidClean members, including new owners of existing businesses, who have joined within the past 18 months and show strong potential for future growth. Ultimate Cleaning Products NQ has been a pleasure to work with, and we're excited to support Leanna and her team as they continue to grow their business.
Both members are more than deserving of these awards, and we're proud to recognise their achievements. At Whisper, we're passionate about building strong partnerships and supporting our customers as they grow, and we look forward to continuing to work alongside both businesses into the future.

Beyond the awards, the conference was a wonderful opportunity to catch up with familiar faces, share stories and enjoy plenty of laughs over great drinks.
